NEW YORK/CAIRO/WASHINGTON — Iran has begun loading crude oil onto tankers to ship out of the Persian Gulf after the U.S. temporarily relaxed sanctions, opening the door for Tehran to potentially earn an estimated $8.5 billion in revenue.
