Public Advisory: Evacuation Order Lifted for a Portion of the Town of Paradise

The evacuation order, issued on August 12, 2025, for a section of the Town of Paradise has been officially lifted by the municipality.

Impacted residents in the following areas below can return to their properties effective immediately:

Paradise residents – ALL properties adjacent to Three Island Pond, including Three Island Pond Road to the intersection of Buckingham Drive, Ellington Close, Angels Road, Hansen Place, Vanellen Place, Dawes Road, Balsamwood Road, Stokes Road and Shalloway Place.

Of note, these properties remain under an evacuation alert. In addition, the properties that are already under an evacuation alert remain under that evacuation alert.

The Town of Paradise is still under a regional state of emergency, and it enables the Provincial Government to coordinate provincial and municipal services and access resources in the area to support the wildfires response.
