-The Welsh Ambulance Service confirmed five patients were taken by road to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd.
-Two Wales Air Ambulance charity helicopters attended, but no patients were flown to hospital.
-The major emergency services presence at Mostyn Champneys Retail Park has now been scaled back and the scene cleared.
-Police have confirmed it was an isolated incident and said there is no risk to the wider public.
