■ U.S. President Donald Trump is considering resuming major combat operations in Iran, Axios reported.
■ U.S. President Donald Trump said a civilian nuclear cooperation agreement between the United States and Saudi Arabia will be approved on the condition that Riyadh joins the Abraham Accords.
■ Hamas claimed responsibility for two stabbing attacks in the West Bank that wounded two Israelis, the Palestinian Quds News Network reported.
■ A 51-year-old Israeli man was seriously wounded in a stabbing attack near the West Bank settlement of Elon Moreh, according to medics and the IDF.
■ The Israeli military said an Israeli soldier was moderately wounded after it received initial reports of a stabbing attack in the northern West Bank.
■ Israeli police filed an indictment against a Jerusalem man in his 20s accused of attacking a media crew, including a CNN team, in the West Bank. He was charged with making threats, illegally possessing a knife and causing vehicle damage.
■ Iraqi Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi is visiting Tehran, where he met with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian. Al-Zaidi recently visited Washington, where he received a message to pass on to Iranian officials.
■ France will vote on Friday in favor of the removal of International Criminal Court prosecutor Karim Khan, said a spokesperson for the French foreign ministry.
■ Brent crude, the International oil benchmark, broke above $100 a barrel for the first time since May 26 after two tankers carrying Saudi oil were hit by Houthi fire while transiting the Red Sea.
■ The Mossad thwarted an Iranian plot to infiltrate operatives into Israel and target senior officials, the agency said in a statement.
