The settlers are determined to protect us – even if we’re begging them to stop. After the deadly incident in the village of Tell, near Nablus, and against a backdrop of rampant Jewish terror in the West Bank, one prominent figure in the Israeli settlement movement after another stepped in front of the cameras to repeat the eternal lie that “the settlements protect Israel’s heartland.”
