DUBUQUE COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG) – Two were killed in a Saturday night accident between a UTV and car in rural Dubuque County. Five others are in the hospital with what the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office calls severe to lifethreatening injuries.
At about 9:21 p.m., officers were called to a scene east of Worthington at the intersection of East Worthington Road and Comer Road.
When first responders made it to the scene, one person was found dead and six others were taken to the hospital for serious injuries. One of those six was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The situation is under investigation and more details are expected Sunday night.
