In Kharkiv, the injury toll has increased to 21 following the Russian strike.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Telegram by Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
“Currently, 13 people have sought medical assistance due to enemy strikes in the Saltivskyi district. All emergency services continue to work at the scene,” he said.
Syniehubov added that the third strike site was a park in the Saltivskyi district.
Later, Syniehubov reported 21 casualties.
“️So far, we know of two men who were killed, aged 50 and 66. At least 21 people were injured, including a 5-year-old boy: 11 people suffered blast injuries, two were poisoned by carbon monoxide, and another 8, including the child, experienced an acute stress reaction,” he noted.
Sinehubov added that four people were hospitalized, while the rest of the victims received medical care on site.
Search and rescue operations are ongoing at the site of the strike.

“The main priority now is to clear the rubble and ensure that no one is trapped beneath it. Next, experts will assess the extent of the building’s damage, its structural integrity, and whether it can remain in use,” Syniehubov added.
Earlier reports indicated that Russian forces had launched missile strikes on high-rise buildings in the Saltivskyi district of Kharkiv that morning. There were reports of two fatalities.
