The Abbey Vocational School in Donegal Town has confirmed it will open this afternoon and tomorrow morning following the tragic death of one of its students.
The school confirmed the move in a post on their social media channels a short time ago.
“Our entire school community is saddened to learn of the passing of one of our highly valued 3rd year students,” the post read.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family at this time. Our school will be open today from 3-6pm and tomorrow from 10am-2pm for any students and staff who wish to visit. May he rest in peace”.
