The EFL Cup draw has been made, with nine teams who qualified for Europe now entering the competition
The EFL Cup third-round draw has conjured up six all-Premier League encounters. Liverpool at home to Tottenham Hotspur is the most high-profile tie of the round.
Elsewhere, Manchester United have been drawn at home to Brighton & Hove Albion, Coventry City will face Aston Villa in a Midlands derby, Premier League champions Arsenal have an away tie at Ipswich Town, Chelsea host Leeds United and Sunderland will host Hull City.
Manchester City, the EFL Cup holders, have been drawn at home to EFL Championship club Norwich City.

The eight clubs competing in the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League were kept apart for scheduling reasons.
UEFA competition fixtures cannot be rearranged, and with the EFL Cup taking place across two weeks in September that also have Champions League and Europa League games scheduled, additional conditions were made to ensure all clubs can fulfil their EFL Cup fixture in one of the two allocated weeks.
A pre-draw was made to determine which of the eight Champions League and Europa League clubs would play home or away, followed by an unseeded drawing of the remaining 24 clubs competing in the third round.
