A 13-year-old boy has been stabbed at Taco Bell in Rochdale town centre today. The youngster has suffered serious injuries in the horrific attack.
Two boys have been arrested, GMP have said. There is a large police presence in the town, near the Taco Bell restaurant, on Riverside Walk. The fast-food chain restaurant has been cordoned off by police.
Photos show a number of officers at the scene, with a cordon in place. An air ambulance landed nearby in response to the incident.

A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: “We were called to reports of a stabbing at 6.09pm on Riverside Walk. Boy, 13, taken to hospital with serious injuries.
“Two teenage boys have been arrested on suspicion of assault and possession of a bladed article. Enquiries are ongoing.”
