JESSAMINE CO, Ky. (WKYT) – Jessamine County Schools are alerting parents to an online trend circulating on social media.
In a Facebook post, the district says it is aware of an online trend involving the ”Cat in the Hat” that has reportedly affected schools across the country.
District leaders say they are taking the situation seriously and are prioritizing student safety.
If a student comes across any “Cat in the Hat” content tied to the trend, the district urges them not to engage with it and to report it immediately to a trusted adult.
