The EU Building Stock Observatory (EU BSO) and the OBSERVE project are hosting this joint webinar to help Member States turn the provisions of the recently published EPBD guidance into practical action. The focus will be on the crucial role of building performance data in enabling effective national implementation of the directive.
The session will cover the operationalisation of key EPBD provisions, including Article 16 (data requirements), Article 22 (national databases), and Article 3 (National Building Renovation Plans).
