The Waterloo Regional Police Service is thanking the public for their help in finding a lost magazine.
Officials say the service-issued magazine was reported missing on Sept. 26, at roughly 3 p.m., after an officer noticed it missing from their vest.
Police say that the magazine was loaded, and was believed to be lost in between 7 a.m., and 3 p.m. Adding that they searched through Wellesley and Woolwich Township, where the officer had been earlier in the day.
The magazine has now been found, and is back in the possession of Waterloo regional police.
