A teenage boy was killed and another is in a critical condition after the electric motorbike they were riding was involved in a collision with a car.
A 16-year-old, who police believe was on the back of the bike, died at the scene after emergency services were called to East Reach in Taunton, Somerset at 22:20 BST on Thursday.
The other boy was taken to hospital by air ambulance after the incident, which happened near the junction with Haydon Road.
Avon and Somerset Police has launched an investigation into the fatal collision, and officers are trying to locate the motorbike, which was not left at the site of the crash.
