IDF soldiers responded to an arson and attempted stabbing attack at Hanania’s farm near Geva Binyamin in the West Bank on Monday, the Israel Police confirmed.
According to preliminary details, a Palestinian terrorist set fire to one of the farm’s vehicles before threatening residents with a knife.
The residents responded by driving another vehicle into the terrorist, removing the threat. No injuries have been reported.
The IDF announced later on Monday that Israeli soldiers apprehended an additional terrorist involved in the attack following a pursuit with the assistance of the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency).
The attack followed an earlier incident on Monday when IDF soldiers fired upon a West Bank vehicle with three suspects inside after it accelerated toward and struck a military vehicle near Bani Naim in the Hebron area.
No IDF soldiers were wounded in the incident, according to the military.
The IDF did not elaborate on the condition or whereabouts of the three suspects, with the military blocking roads and nearby villages as part of a search effort.
