A former senior executive at the CIA is expected to plead guilty to a federal crime Tuesday after the FBI said it seized 303 gold bars worth about $40 million from his home this year.
The former official, David J. Rush, was arrested in May and charged with theft of public money. He is scheduled to appear before U.S. District Judge Michael S. Nachmanoff for a plea agreement hearing Tuesday afternoon in Alexandria, Virginia, according to court records.
