WASILLA, Alaska (KTUU) – President Donald Trump will be hosting a midterm rally in Wasilla Tuesday, according to a release from the Republican National Committee.
The rally will be held at the Curtis D. Menard Memorial Sports Center on Tuesday, Oct. 13. The rally will begin at 2 p.m., with remarks from the president starting at 3:30 p.m.
The campaigns for gubernatorial candidates Bernadette Wilson, Dave Bronson and Treg Taylor, U.S. Sen. Dan Sullivan and U.S. Rep. Nick Begich, all Republicans, confirmed to Alaska’s News Source their candidates will be attending.
This rally comes just over a week after Vice President J.D. Vance’s visit to Alaska to support Sen. Dan Sullivan’s campaign for reelection, which included stops in Fairbanks and Anchorage. The president last came to Alaska in August 2025 for his summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Prior to that, the then-former president held a rally for U.S. Senate candidate Kelly Tshibaka in July 2022 at the Alaska Airlines Center during the most recent U.S. Senate campaign in Alaska.
