Arsenal have been back in training following the international break, and there were a few welcome faces taking part in the session on Thursday.
Injured defensive trio Ben White, Piero Hincapie, and Cristhian Mosquera were all involved, a significant boost considering the doubts around Ezri Konsa at the moment.
White and Mosquera had missed Arsenal’s last game through injury, and Hincapie had to pull out of the international break with his issue, but all three of them appear to be fit again now.

In addition, Max Dowman was back in training, despite withdrawing from England u19 duty due to a minor injury concern. Reports had suggested the problem was nothing too serious, and Dowman’s immediate involvement in training seemingly confirms as much.
Fellow youngster Marli Salmon was also involved, having withdrawn from the England u18s with an injury at the start of the break.
Jurrien Timber was also in training, as he continues to step up his on-field involvement. The defender made one substitute appearance and one start over the break, with the Netherlands showing some welcome caution with his fitness.

As for Arsenal’s other injury concerns, including William Saliba, Konsa, Declan Rice, Kai Havertz, and Christos Tzolis, Mikel Arteta’s pre-match press conference will hopefully offer some clarity.
The fixture list is set to get very busy very quickly, with Arsenal facing Leeds on Saturday, then Lille on Tuesday, with games in every subsequent weekend and midweek until the November international break.
Arteta will need options to rest and rotate if he’s going to avoid further injury setbacks.
