Texas Republican congressman says people are unsettled by the war in Iran

This year has been strange, according to Texas’ 3rd District Republican Congressman Keith Self, who says he’s not running against his opponent but against the general environment. With high grocery, and gas prices, and the war in Iran, he doesn’t feel that the Republican party is expressing its successes to voters, citing that the party has brought down inflation from 9% to 3%. He rejected Evan Hunt’s call for a debate. “This is my seat; I’m going to win it,” Self said.
