DRUMMONDVILLE — Premier-elect Paul St-Pierre Plamondon has urged his party and MNAs to stay mobilized in the event the next election comes along sooner than anticipated.
And the PQ has announced its 59 elected candidates will be sworn into office next Thursday at the National Assembly followed by an announcement of St-Pierre Plamondon’s first cabinet on Wednesday, Oct. 21.
The developments came at the end of a caucus meeting of elected and non-elected PQ candidates Friday in Drummondville. Behind the scenes, the transition from the defeated Coalition Avenir Québec government and the incoming PQ government is well underway.
