Israel will switch to winter time overnight Saturday into Sunday, with clocks moving back one hour from 2 A.M. to 1 A.M. Winter time will remain in effect for about five months, until March 26, 2027.
Owners of mobile phones that are not set to update their time automatically, or users who prefer not to rely on automatic updates, can adjust their devices manually. They can also restore automatic date and time synchronization at any point.

Android menus vary across models, but time settings are generally found in the device’s main Settings menu or under the clock settings.
In Settings, select “Date & Time” and disable the “Automatic date and time” option. Then select the appropriate time zone – Jerusalem – and set the time and date manually.
iPhone
In Settings, select “General,” then “Date & Time.” Turn off “Set Automatically,” select the appropriate time zone and adjust the clock manually.
