BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (KABC) — The FBI served a search warrant at a mansion in Beverly Hills Tuesday morning, and Eyewitness News has learned it is in connection to an investigation into former Rep. Eric Swalwell.

The law enforcement activity unfolded on Roxbury Drive near Benedict Canyon Drive around 7 a.m.

The FBI confirmed the search but says the court documents are sealed. Eyewitness News has learned it is related to an investigation into Swalwell but additional details about what the search entails were not available.

Eyewitness News has also learned that the home where the warrant was executed belongs to billionaire and former California gubernatorial candidate Stephen Cloobeck.

Earlier this year, Swalwell ended his campaign for California governor and resigned from Congress after multiple women accused him of sexual assault. He has denied those allegations.
