After securing a spot in the top two on Saturday afternoon, the Geelong Football Club can provide a Finals ticketing update
Geelong has locked in a top-two finish on the AFL ladder following a solid 39-point victory over Richmond at the MCG, in the final round of the home and away season.
The Cats capped off a consistent 2025 campaign with 17 wins, securing second position and earning the right to host a Qualifying Final in the opening week of the Toyota AFL Finals Series.
It marks another significant achievement for head coach Chris Scott, with this being the 11th time Geelong has finished in the top four during his 15-year tenure.
While some fixtures in the final round are yet to be played, the AFL has released preliminary information regarding finals ticketing:
The Week 1 Toyota AFL Finals fixture and ticket on-sale information will be confirmed on Wednesday night (27 August) following the conclusion of the final game of the home and away season – Gold Coast SUNS v Essendon.
Ticket on-sales will commence from Friday 29 August. Please keep an eye out for an email from the Club and on our Finals Hub page after the final match of Round 24 for all the ticketing details for Week 1 Toyota AFL Finals Series.
