The death of a 3-year-old toddler was confirmed after he was struck by a piano in the Har Gilo settlement south of Jerusalem. After being injured, he was evacuated to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in the city while resuscitation efforts were being performed, and there he died from his injuries. Police are investigating the incident, which was reported to them after the toddler arrived at the hospital.
