Joe Rogan just crushed one of President Donald Trump’s biggest claims.

During the most recent episode of his podcast, Rogan and his guest, comedian and libertarian political commentator Dave Smith, recalled how Rogan previously asked then-candidate Trump, right before the 2024 election, about why he didn’t publish evidence proving that the 2020 election was stolen through alleged voter fraud. The president became combative, saying that judges “didn’t have what it took.”

“I don’t think they have any evidence,” Rogan said on Tuesday.

The conversation was prompted after Smith first pointed to how Trump has alleged that the Russia-Ukraine war would not have started in 2022 if he had been president. Smith said that Putin “threw him a bone” in backing his claim at the recent summit in Alaska.

“It’s a nice thing to say. The guy likes being complimented,” Rogan chimed in.

Smith added: “Putin’s smart enough to know that this is how you negotiate with Donald Trump.”

“‘Of course! The war would have never started with you. My friend’” Rogan said while mimicking Putin’s accent.

Smith then noted how Trump has also turned to blaming former President Joe Biden for the war’s outbreak, calling it “Joe Biden’s war.”

“I’m sitting there as I’m listening to that, and I’m like ‘Yeah, but dude, you told me that they cheated?’ Like you didn’t really lose the election in 2020. You’ve stuck to that story now for many years,” Smith said.

“So you’re saying they cheated — you’re making a similar claim here. They overthrew democracy, they installed Joe Biden, and a war, where hundreds of thousands, maybe well over a million people, have died, happened because they cheated the election,” he continued.

Smith then said: “OK, so I’m going to need to know who ‘they’ is, and I’m going to need to know when we’re going to see them perp walked. Like you’re the president now, but all of us on some level don’t really think they’re going to start arresting people over the stolen election of 2020.”

“Right,” Rogan could be heard saying in the background.

Rogan said that he does believe there is “speculation” and “consideration” when it comes to mail-in ballots, adding, “There’s a good record of shenanigans. And there’s the reality of any kind of electronics can be hacked.”

Earlier this month, Trump promised that he would lead a “movement” to eliminate mail-in voting, calling the method “highly ‘inaccurate’” and “Seriously Controversial.” He announced plans to move forward with an executive order ahead of the 2026 midterm elections, but did not provide details or a timeline.

“ELECTIONS CAN NEVER BE HONEST WITH MAIL IN BALLOTS/VOTING, and everybody, IN PARTICULAR THE DEMOCRATS, KNOWS THIS. I, AND THE REPUBLICAN PARTY, WILL FIGHT LIKE HELL TO BRING HONESTY AND INTEGRITY BACK TO OUR ELECTIONS,“ Trump wrote in a lengthy post on his Truth Social platform.

To date, there has been no evidence of widespread fraud using mail-in ballots during the 2020 and 2024 elections — which Rogan appeared to hint.

“If that was you or if that was me, I mean, if there was some reason why I knew that they did something and I could give you all the facts — I would have that ready for anybody,“ For four f—ing years, they’ve been telling him he’s crazy for questioning the election,” Rogan said.

“So after four years, I’d have a f—ing tight 10 minutes on the election, where I could just rattle off at you and rock your world with it,” he continued.
