HT: Cork 1-16 Tipperary 0-13

That goal was the last act of the opening half and what a big moment it may prove to be.

Tipperary was looking more likely to carving out a goal in that first half but it just didn’t arrive, while nine wides is a glaring area of concern for the Premier men to address.

Cork have been more economical and although they haven’t had it all their own way, they are in a good place at the half.
