Joanna Donnelly says she wants to run for president

The former weather forecaster, Joanna Donnelly, has announced she is seeking a nomination to run for the office of president.
She wrote to the chairs of county councils just before midnight on Monday. She said she is serious about her candidacy, but had “no reason to believe that anybody was taking it seriously.”
