Hostages
In an interview with Abu Ali Express, Prime Minister Netanyahu was asked if the war would be over and hostages freed before the next Knesset elections (which could be in 3-6 months). Netanyahu responded:
“I won’t reveal it here, we have plans to both defeat Hamas and return our hostages.”
When asked what would happen if months pass, and Hamas does not surrender, Netanyahu responded:
“There is no ‘they do not surrender.’ There are two options: either surrender or destruction. I am talking about Hamas, not the civilian population. If the surrender thing does not work, there will be a plan B – destruction. I cannot detail the timetables, I suspect there will be unexpected things.”
Gaza
Thank G-d, there have been no fallen heroes in recent days.
The IDF spokesperson, Brigadier General Defferin, says that the IDF already has control of 40% of Gaza City’s territory. This includes the Shejaiya area, and Daraj and Tuffah neighborhoods on the east and northern outskirts, which were less densely populated. Now troops are also operating in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood to the north of the city, and flattening Zeitoun in the center.
Sources inside Gaza told Ynet’s Einav Halabi that Hamas is deeply worried about the IDF’s takeover of Gaza City. Reportedly, Hamas has two main fears:
– That Israel will establish a permanent military administration in Gaza.
– U.S. President Donald Trump, who has been clear that he wants Hamas gone.
Hamas’s risk of losing power also grows as the IDF crushes building after building in Gaza. The more Gazans lose their homes, the more they realize that Hamas’s terrorism methods are only making their lives miserable—and the more they turn on Hamas.
Hamas has been putting in significant effort to stop the IDF’s advance into Gaza City. The now gone Abu Obeida had produced a massive plan of psychological warfare to pressure Israel out. Hamas is also blocking the vast majority of civilians from leaving the city—by some estimations, only 8% of the million in the city have left.
Humanitarian Aid
On September 3rd:
– Close to 300 humanitarian aid trucks entered Gaza through the Kerem Shalom and Zikim crossings.
– Over 380 trucks were collected and distributed by the UN and international organizations. The contents of hundreds of trucks are still awaiting collection on the Gazan side of the crossings.
– One tanker of UN fuel entered for the operation of “essential humanitarian systems.”
– Separately, the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) distributed over 1.5 million meals.

Little Aboud was found alive, and brought to safety.
Back in July, a disgraced GHF worker named Tony Aguilar began a media tour, and told the world about a sweet little boy who he misnamed “Amir.” Tony shared body cam footage of his meeting with “Amir,” and claimed that shortly after the meeting, Amir was shot and killed by the IDF.
Predictably, international media ran with the story, and did little to verify the facts.
The boy’s name was actually Abdul Rahim Muhammad Hamden, or Aboud for short. The moment Aboud’s photo went viral with claims that he was killed by the IDF, Aboud’s mother knew that he was in grave danger. She knew that Hamas would try to either kidnap or murder Aboud, so that Tony’s fantastic propaganda story, which captured the hearts of so many, would appear true.
So Aboud’s mother hid him, and then when she began receiving threats from Hamas, she went into hiding as well.
The GHF realized that Aboud was in danger, all because of an employee who they had fired. So they began a search for him, through the network of people who came for aid. They soon found him, and worked with Israel to bring him, his mother, and his uncle out of Gaza to safety.
Aboud and his family are now in a safe, but undisclosed location.
This story isn’t only about the eagerness of the world to share lies about the IDF. It is also about the sheer stupidity of some activists who don’t understand that Hamas is an evil terror group who glorifies death. By involving themselves in something they don’t understand, these activists do more harm than good.
Yemen
The IDF confirmed that 12 Houthi ministers and Prime Minister were successfully eliminated in an airstrike. However, the fate of the Minister of Defense and Chief of Staff are still unknown.
The Houthis have been busy trying to get their revenge. Today they launched at least four projectiles at Israel:
– Early in the morning, a Houthi missile fell in an open area outside the territory of Israel.
– In the afternoon, the IDF intercepted two Houthi UAVs.
– In the evening, the Houthi’s attempted to launch a missile, but it fell right back down into the same area.
There were no sirens in Israel for any of these.
Judea & Samaria
When asked about Israeli sovereignty in Judea and Samaria, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio responded:
“We told all these countries [who plan to recognize a Palestinian State], we told them all, we said if you guys do this recognition stuff it’s all fake, it’s not even real, if you do it you’re going to create problems.”
Foreign Minister Gideon Saar says that French President Emmanuel Macron will not be able to come to Israel, as long as France continues with its anti-Israel agenda.
Lebanon
The Trump administration has warned Lebanon it must move quickly to disarm Hezbollah, or they risk losing U.S. and Gulf financial support and potentially face an Israeli military strike.
Although Hezbollah has been weakened by the war with Israel, it remains armed and politically powerful.
Lebanon’s government recently tasked its army with creating its first official plan to disarm the terror group. However, Washington fears Lebanese leaders will hesitate to confront Hezbollah. American officials cautioned that failure to act could cost Lebanon $150 million in U.S. aid.
