Daniel Lane has been appointed to the new role of Cork GAA operations manager.

Having been employed as office administrator by Cork GAA since November 2022, Lane’s new posting within the organisation will encompass administrative support, fixtures, match tickets, inter-county teams, injury claims, and disciplinary notices.

Prior to taking up employment with Cork GAA three years ago, Lane had served as secretary of both his club, Bride Rovers, and the East Cork division, Imokilly.

“Daniel has a proven track record of Games Administration at all levels, and we are delighted to see him accept this new management role,” Cork GAA chairman Pat Horgan said of Lane’s appointment.

Added Cork GAA CEO Kevin O’Donovan: “We are thrilled that Daniel will now fill a key position in Cork GAA, providing the best possible administration service for our members, units and teams, in line with our strategic goal of supporting volunteers.”
