Plans by JP Magnier to demolish derelict farm buildings in Co Tipperary have been refused by An Coimisiún Pleanála following an appeal.
Mr Magnier, who is the son of Coolmore Stud owner John Magnier, jointly owns the buildings in Parkville, near Clonmel, with his sister Katherine Wachman.
