Access to O’Connell Street in Dublin city centre has been blocked by a protest this afternoon.
Protesters, who were seen waving Irish flags, planned to march to Leinster House on Kildare Street in Dublin 2.
It comes on the first day of the Dáil resuming after the summer break.
Therefore, Kildare Street remains closed off due to possible protests and will reopen at midnight on Wednesday.
