A man given the use of fields for his horses to graze near a popular Dublin Mountains amenity has been ordered by a judge to vacate the land following a row with its owner.
The High Court heard tree surgeon Sean Davis erected “camouflaged” cameras on the land without permission and texted screenshots of the daughter of the landowner to her, leaving her feeling harassed and intimidated.
