Commonwealth Bank has suffered yet another frustrating outage, leaving thousands of customers unable to access their online banking.Â
The outage, which is impacting both ATM machines and online banking, was reported by over 7,000 people around midday on Thursday.Â
CBA shared an update on its website, telling customers that ‘some of our services are currently unavailable, and we’re urgently working to fix this’.Â
Customers took to social media to vent about the outage, which is the second to impact the major bank in just under two weeks.Â
‘LOL not Commbank down AGAIN!! Wtf is wrong with these guys. Thank god for opening multiple accounts elsewhere. Your money in banks is NOT safe and it’s not yours lol. CASH IS KING or put it into crypto. Unreal,’ one person wrote on X.Â
‘Get your s*** together.’Â
‘Here we go again, another outage. Not good enough CommBank,’ another said.Â
‘Hey @CommBank what’s happening with internet banking. Every time I try to authenticate on the app I get this been happening for over an hour,’ a third wrote.
