It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Kelliher (nee Griffin), Templeogue and formerly of Ahascragh, Co. Galway, who passed away suddenly at home on Sunday, 5th October 2025.
Beloved wife of Aidan and adored mother to her four children Karen, Keith, Shane and Ronan. Catherine will be deeply missed and remembered always by her heartbroken family, her cherished grandchildren Frankie, Finn, Dara, Ewan, Eoin and Fiadh, her daughters-in-law Sheona (Duggan) and Jennifer (Smyth), her son-in-law Glen (Straiton), her sister Mary (Brady), her brothers Padraig, Tom, Hugh, Owen and James, her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
Her shining light and boundless love will live on in the memories of everyone who knew her

Catherine will be reposing at home on Friday, 10th October, from 6pm – 9pm. Funeral mass on Saturday, at 12 noon, in St. Jude The Apostle Church, Templeogue (D6W YH51) with burial thereafter in Mount Venus Cemetery (D16 RH50).
