The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Ottawa man.
Mykhail Markin, 37, was last seen in the Walkley Road area on Sept. 28.
Police describe Markin as a White man, 5’7″, with a medium build and a brown beard.
Officers say they have concerns for his health and wellbeing.
