Police are asking for help from anyone who witnessed an altercation in Hastings that led to a man’s death.
Officers want to speak to anyone passing the corner of Williams St and Waipuna St in Mahora between 8am and 10am last Saturday.
Police were called to a property shortly
after 9.45am after reports of an altercation between a group of men, acting Detective Inspector James Keene said.
