Billy Porter is revealing his new duet partner.
The Pose alum made his romance with boyfriend Eric Anderson official on social media, giving his followers a glimpse inside his new relationship.
In the picture Billy, 56, and Eric are all smiles with the latter’s arm draped around the Emmy winner and holding his hand. Alongside the hard launch with the joint Oct. 23 Instagram post, Billy wrote, “#datenight.”
In another photo, shared on his Instagram Story, Billy and Eric are all smiles as they pose alongside two friends following the dinner outing.
While Billy has kept his romance out of the public eye until now, Eric gave the world a glimpse of their summer love in June while celebrating pride, and once again in July, as he gushed about their romance.
Alongside a July 28 photo of the couple posing in coordinating black and white outfits, Eric wrote, “Perfect date night in the city with my boo.”

And though Eric has occasionally shared moments with Billy over the last few months, he recently shared a heartfelt birthday tribute to the Kinky Boots alum.
“Not only celebrating birth, life, and longevity, but gratitude,” Eric wrote Sept. 21 alongside a photo of them smiling for the camera. “Grateful you are here and to be here with you. Happy Birthday @theebillyporter I love you.”
As for Billy, this marks his first public romance since he and Adam Smith ended their six-year marriage in 2023. Though, at the time, as his rep confirmed to People, “The decision was an amicable and mutual one and was made after much consideration.”
And not long after this breakup, Billy shared insight into his new chapter—including what he was looking for in a partner.
“Relationships are hard,” the “For What It’s Worth” singer admitted to The Evening Standard in August 2023 while reiterating there was no bad blood with Adam. “I will always love him. We made it as far as we could. But we learn, we grow and we live. And I’m looking forward to the next…adventure.”
“She’s back on the market! Looking for an English huzzzband!” he continued. “And you have to spell it just like that: huzzzband!”

The duo went on to tie the knot in September 2024.
