MANAMA — Tom Barrack, the US special envoy to Syria and ambassador to Turkey, told reporters on the sidelines of the Manama Dialogue conference in Bahrain today that Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa would be signing a document in Washington on Nov. 10 at the White House for Syria to join the US-led anti-ISIS coalition.
