Dublin firefighter Terence Crosbie has lodged an appeal against his conviction for raping a woman and continues to maintain his innocence, his lawyer told the Sunday Independent this weekend.
Crosbie (39) has been ordered to spend at least seven years in prison after carrying out an “act of extraordinary sexual violence” against a woman while in Boston for the St Patrick’s Day celebrations last year.
