The redevelopment of Dalymount Park has been given the green light
The €63million project to complete the rebuild of Dalymount Park has been given the go-ahead after members of Dublin City Council voted to allow the Council to borrow the €34m needed to get the new stadium over the line.
And DCC CEO Dick Shakespeare says the project is still on track with contractors due to start work on the Phibsboro site in 12 months’ time, with the hope that the stadium will be open for business at the start of the 2029 League of Ireland season.
