The couple that superheroes together stays together?
Jessica Alba and Danny Ramirez, who both played superheroes — she as Sue Storm/The Invisible Woman in the aughts’ Fantastic Four movies, he as Joaquin Torres/Falcon on the Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and in the film Captain America: Brave New World — have made their romance Instagram official.
On Sunday, Ramirez, 33, shared several photos on his social media after he and Alba, 44, attended the 2025 Baby2Baby Gala at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood over the weekend. In one, Alba, dressed in a black gown and diamond necklace, can be seen with her arm draped around Ramirez’s shoulders. In another, Ramirez, clad in a black tux and bow tie, looks at Alba as she smiles for the camera. The post also included two group photos of the couple, with one featuring Alba flashing a peace sign.
“What a remarkable evening by the entire @baby2baby team and all who donated,” Ramirez captioned the post. “$19.5 million raised in minutes! Helping baby2baby support for children across America and continue their vital work providing essentials to families in need. ❤️🔥”
For her part, Alba shared snaps of her and her beau posing with other celebrities at the event, including one with Orlando Bloom, on her Instagram Stories and in a separate post on her page. She also commented on Ramirez’s post with heart-eyes and heart-hands emojis.
Ramirez’s post marks the most direct social media reference to their relationship so far. In September, Alba previously shared a group photo that included Ramirez, and in October, she shared photos of a trip to Australia, one of which appears to feature her and Ramirez holding hands, though their backs are to the camera.
The couple were first spotted out together in July, and a source told PEOPLE at the time, “She’s been testing the waters with Danny. It’s still casual, but there is a connection.”
The new affectionate Instagram photos come nine months after Alba first filed for divorce from Cash Warren after 16 years of marriage.
The Sin City star filed for divorce in Los Angeles County court in February, citing irreconcilable differences, according to documents reviewed by Entertainment Weekly at the time. Alba’s filing lists the date of separation from Warren, 46, as Dec. 27, 2024, and requests that her name be restored to Jessica Marie Alba after she had legally taken Warren’s last name during their marriage.
The couple married in 2008, and have three children together: Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and Hayes, 7. Alba’s filing requests joint physical and legal custody of the children.

Alba previously confirmed her split from Warren in an Instagram post in January. “I’ve been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years — both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,” she wrote. “I’m proud of how we’ve grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”
She continued, “We are moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family. Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time.”
