Nearly two decades later, KaDee Strickland and Jason Behr are still going strong!
The pair celebrated their 19th wedding anniversary on Nov. 10, Strickland shared in a post on Instagram — and they had a bit of help celebrating

KaDee Strickland and Jason Behr had some help celebrating their anniversary this year!
The Private Practice actress and the Roswell actor marked 19 years together as a married couple on Monday, Nov. 10, Strickland shared in a post on Instagram. Behr, 51, and Strickland, 49, grinned together in an outdoor selfie with their family dog, in a photo of what Strickland jokingly called a “threesome.”
“@thejasonbehr and I decided to have a threesome on our 19th Anniversary 🥰🐺 #happyanniversary❤️ #19years❤️,” she wrote in her post’s caption. In the comments, Behr simply responded with three red hearts.
Behr, in turn, posted a photo of himself and Strickland sharing a heartfelt moment on their wedding day. “19❤️,” he wrote in the caption.
Strickland and Behr first crossed paths in 2004 while filming The Grudge, the horror-mystery film in which Strickland played Susan and Behr played Doug. After dating for two years, Behr and Strickland tied the knot on Nov. 10, 2006 in Ojai, California.

In 2013, the couple became parents when they welcomed son Atticus, now 12 years old, on Oct. 17. While attending the John Varvatos 12th Annual Stuart House Benefit in 2015, Strickland opened up to PEOPLE about her and Behr’s journey as parents — and how sharing a child together has only deepened her love for her husband.
“I fell madly in love with him, but I had no idea just how extraordinary he was until I saw him become a father,” Strickland told PEOPLE. “I thought I did, but if a person can become a better version of themselves, which I didn’t know was possible with him, he did.”
“He’s remarkable. And he was remarkable for me throughout the pregnancy, throughout the birth,” she added. “Every day, he amazes me.”
Strickland shared that welcoming Atticus, who was about 18 months old at the time, was transformative for her and Behr. “I’d always heard that you’d wear your heart on the outside of your body. I believed that to be true, but it’s such a rich experience,” she shared in 2015.

Nowadays, the couple frequently share glimpses into their life as a family of three (plus their dog, of course). Earlier this year, Strickland shared a few family snaps in a post on Instagram to celebrate Behr on Father’s Day: one photo saw a group hug between Atticus, Behr and the family dog, plus a similar throwback photo and a family selfie.
“To the Daddiest Daddy we could ever hope for 😘! Happy Father’s Day @thejasonbehr,” Strickland wrote in the caption of the post.
