Lahav 433, Shin Bet and IDF forces arrested a wanted suspect in Nablus who is suspected of involvement in attacks and planting explosive devices against security forces. The suspect, who is affiliated with Fatah, was arrested in a targeted operation as part of “Five Stones” operation, in broad daylight, at a market in the heart of the Nablus Kasbah. He was defined as a dangerous terrorist operative with connections to the past of the terrorist organization “Lions’ Den.” The arrest was carried out based on precise intelligence information received by the Shin Bet, which led the forces to the operation target. The fighters operated covertly and blended into the heart of the Kasbah, and when the signal was given, they drew weapons and arrested the wanted suspect. A knife was seized during a search conducted on him, and the arrest was completed without casualties to our forces.
