STARTING XI NOTES:

Claudia Dickey, 25, earns her sixth USWNT cap at the senior level. Dickey was the 29th goalkeeper in USWNT history to earn a cap when she played against Ireland on June 26 and the 11th goalkeeper in U.S. history to earn a shutout in her debut. She has started in four consecutive games for the first time in her WNT career and has earned back-to-back shutouts vs. New Zealand and Italy.

Emily Fox, 27, earns her 71st cap. The Arsenal defender was nominated for the 2025 Concacaf Player of the Year award and the Ballon d’Or. She was also named to the 2024/25 PFA WSL Team of the Year and played a key role in Arsenal’s magical run to the 2025 UFEA Women’s Champions League title. Her performance earned UEFA Women’s Champions League Team of the Season recognition.

Naomi Girma, 25, is back from injury for her first camp since July. She earns her 50th cap tonight and 48th start, having only subbed on twice in her international career. Friday’s 3-0 win over Italy was her first international match in 149 days and her fourth time captaining the U.S.

Jordyn Bugg, 19, earns her fifth cap and third start at the senior level. She has two goals this season from center back for the Reign, the first a tremendous strike from distance to earn a FIFA Marta Award Nomination. She’s one of three teenagers in camp, along with Lily Yohannes and Claire Hutton. All three will start for the U.S. today. Bugg is the second player born in 2006 ever called into the USWNT after Claire Hutton.

Lily Yohannes, 18, is the youngest player on the roster. This is her 13th cap and eighth start. She earned her first call-up for the 2024 SheBelieves Cup and became the youngest player to be called up for a full National Team camp since 16-year-old Sophia Smith was called up in April of 2017 for the training camp prior to matches against Russia in Texas.

Jaedyn Shaw, 20, earns her 29th cap and 13th start. Shaw was transferred from the NC Courage to Gotham FC on Sept. 11 in an NWSL intraleague-record $1.25 million transfer and became a major contributor to their push for the 2025 NWSL title. She returned to the U.S. roster in October after spending the previous two FIFA windows with the U-23 WNT, a trip to Germany for two matches and a camp in Colorado. She started both matches for the U-23s in Germany, a 2-1 win and 2-1 loss.

Claire Hutton, 19, earns her 11th cap and ninth start, all within 2025. Hutton’s first call-up was in February of 2025 and she made her debut in the second match of her first camp. Hutton had an excellent rookie year in 2024, logging 1,827 in 24 matches for the Kansas City Current after signing via NWSL’s Under-18 Entry Mechanism on December 14, 2023. This season, she played in 24 of the Current’s 25 matches, playing a major role in the runaway Sheild winners’ success.

Cat Macario, 26, will earn her 28th career cap. Against Colombia on Feb. 20, 2025, she scored her first USWNT goal in 712 days and more recently hit double-digit goals. Her tenth goal came against the county of her birth country, Brazil, in April and the 11th came against China PR at the end of May. Macario is coming off her second brace in as many games, after scoring twice vs. Italy on Nov. 28.

Alyssa Thompson, 20, will earn her 25th cap and make her 14th career start. She had six goals and two assists for Angel City FC before her high-profile transfer to Chelsea FC. She was the second youngest player in league history to reach 20 goal contributions, after USWNT teammate Olivia Moultrie.

Kate Wiesner, 24, makes her first start for the USWNT. Wiesner debuted on Friday in the USA’s 3-0 win over Italy after coming into camp from the NWSL playoffs where she and the Washington Spirit made it to the championship.

Lindsey Heaps, 31, who is off to another great start to the season in France, will earn her 170th career cap. She is tied with Carla Overbeck for 20th most caps in USWNT history. Heaps captain’s the USA for the 41st time tonight.
