Israel completed the handover of the Arrow 3 anti-ballistic missile defense system to Germany on Wednesday, marking the first time another country will have independent access to the high-end military asset.
With the procurement of the Arrow Weapon System for Germany (AWS-G), the German Air Force will for the first time be able to detect and intercept incoming ballistic missiles outside the Earth’s atmosphere.
