All northbound lanes of Highway 400 have reopened after a fatal collision near Major Mackenzie Drive that left two men dead and another critically injured, Ontario Provincial Police say.
The crash, occurring sometime at around 3:45 a.m., involved a passenger vehicle and a transport truck as the vehicles were approaching Teston Road.
Emergency crews responded early Sunday morning, temporarily shutting down the northbound lanes for several hours to investigate.

OPP say three people were inside the car. The driver, a 50-year-old man from Toronto, was taken to hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
Police say two rear passengers — both 30-year-old men from Bradford were pronounced dead at the scene. The truck driver was not injured.
It’s unclear what led up to the crash but OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt suggests road conditions are not believed to be a factor at this time.
The highway reopened around noon after collision reconstruction officers completed their work.
