Sabrina Carpenter continued her pantsless streak on Monday with a style trick inspired by the late Princess Diana.

The “Espresso” singer ditched her pants while wearing cozy merch as a micro minidress.

Just hours earlier, Carpenter wowed in a vintage ’90s Chantal Thomas minidress with a plunging neckline and sheer white tule panels.

Sabrina Carpenter took a page from Princess Diana’s style playbook as she continued her short ‘n sweet fashion streak on Monday night. On December 8, the “Espresso” singer ditched her lingerie-inspired wardrobe—and her pants—as she headed out for the evening in New York City, turning a cozy fall staple once loved by the late people’s princess into a makeshift dress.

After a whirlwind day of appearances, Carpenter swapped out her archival off-the-shoulder tulle minidress for an oversized Late Night sweatshirt that she transformed into the tiniest of minidresses. The roomy winter white sweater, which appeared to be merch from her Late Night With Seth Meyers appearance just hours earlier, was emblazoned with the embroidered words “Late Night” and “NYC” on the front.” While Princess Di was known for her fall oversized sweatshirt and shorts combo, Carpenter winterized the timeless silhouette with a pair of black sheer tights. Red nails, red lipstick, and a pair of black sandal heels with rosettes running down the front dressed up her otherwise casual look. The “Juno” singer also kept her signature glam and voluminous blonde bombshell blowout from earlier in the evening.

The long-sleeved frock featured a plunging sweetheart neckline made out of the pleated white gauze, as well as diaphanous asymmetrical pieces in her skirt that gave the minidress an ethereal quality.

While Carpenter has made babydoll dresses and pin-up lingerie her calling card while on tour, she’s been branching out in both the beauty and style departments. Case in point: The “Please Please Please” singer turned heads with an uncharacteristic barely-there glam look at the Variety Hitmakers event on December 6. While accepting the annual Hitmaker of the Year Award, Carpenter paired beachy waves, subtle brown eyeshadow, and no eyeliner with a strapless butter yellow printed gown from Ralph Lauren’s spring 2003 collection,
