The RCMP in southern Alberta is continuing to look into a collision that resulted in the death of a pedestrian.
Officers with the Raymond/Magrath detachment were called to 1 Street West in Magrath at 8:56 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 8, 2025.
Magrath Fire and EMS were already on scene when RCMP officers arrived.
According to the initial investigation from the RCMP, a pedestrian was walking along the side of a semi-truck and stepped in front of it as the driver pulled away.
