Over the past few years I have regularly and with some trepidation incurred the ire and wrath of readers by, broadly, siding with the courts in their treatment of Enoch Burke. Today, I find myself on the other side of that argument as it relates to comments made in open court by Judge Brian Cregan yesterday.
