In case you forgot, Grimes and Elon were together for about three years before splitting in 2021. They share three children together, and earlier this year Grimes made a public plea to Elon in the interest of keeping those children out of the public eye. So, a few days ago an account on Twitter (no, I’m not calling it X) reshared a post from the account @BigTechAlert claiming that Grimes had recently unfollowed Elon on the platform. “day ruined i’ll be in bed don’t text,” the account responded to the report. One thing about Grimes is that she’s extremely online, so she invariably responded to this random-ass account’s observation. “For context I’m just living my life,” she wrote. “He followed me then blocked me.
